Refund policy

Per Lui has been in the business making customers happy for over 30 years. We are proud to display the quality products we have to offer, but understand that from time to time, products may be outside the boundaries of the following policies. Our goal is to achieve the satisfaction of all of our customers.  

If your purchase from Per Lui or perluionline.ca does not meet the standards of your satisfaction, or you’ve simply changed your mind, exchange or credit-note is available in-store within 14 days from the date of purchase.  

Due to Hygiene policies, all sales on our bespoke masks and SAXX Underwear's are final. 
All Clearance Items are Final Sale as well.
